Trent began his career in insurance in 2012 as a field adjuster before transitioning into his current role as Advisor and Agency Owner at Fears Insurance Advisors. His experience from both sides of the industry have proven to be invaluable to his clients, from proper coverages to claims knowledge.
A Branson resident since 2008, Trent has a personal knowledge of the coverages that best protect his clients and their families, from Home and Auto to Life and Commercial Insurances.
When Trent isn't insuring the Ozarks, he enjoys calling the Hogs, cheering on the Chiefs, and hanging with his family, wife Whitney, daughters Laney, Landree, and Lydia and their pup, Luxy.

Whitney began her insurance career in 2018 after over a decade in the classic car world, proving to be a unique asset in providing the best coverages for specialty automobiles.
A born and raised local, Whitney also has the knowledge needed to cover specialized recreational toys from ATVs to boats to RVs .
When Whitney isn't bossing Trent around at the office she's trying to keep up with toddler, Lydia, watching their twins Laney and Landree play basketball, and cheering her little heart out at Chiefs and Hogs football games.

Emie Nash

Emie joined the FIA team in January 2020 with no insurance knowledge and hit the ground running to learn the ropes as quickly as possible. She has positioned herself as an invaluable member of the team, taking care of our clients with a smile and keeping everyone at the office in line.
Emie is a lifelong Missouri resident, having grown up in Monett. Family is very important to her; she has four siblings and over twenty nieces and nephews. She and her boyfriend are proud parents to Jorja the Cocker Spaniel and Katie the Black Mouth Curr!
Best part of her job?
Being able to help clients with questions and problems. Giving a better understanding of what insurance does and is.

Bryan Canote
Advisor
Having grown up in Hollister, Bryan is a true local and made the career change to help better protect his hometown in October 2023 when he joined the FIA team where he is licensed in both Property and Casualty and Life insurance lines. Bryan has quickly become well-versed in all things insurance and claims he finds the most trying task to be pretending to laugh at Trent's dad jokes.
Bryan and his wife, Gwenda, along with pups Zeus and Maple-better known as Ween-became a family of five when their son, Andrew, joined the crew in March of 2024.

Nicole Hudson
Nicole is a 417 native, a Marshfield High and Ozarks Tech graduate, she currently resides in Branson with her 4 kiddos, where they love to spend their free time outside enjoying all the Tri-Lakes area has to offer. Nicole is the social butterfly of FIA; she loves making new friends and business connections and would love to chat over a cup of coffee about your insurance needs to ensure you are properly protected. Nicole is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life Insurance.
